SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at www.khelna.in (together or individually “Service”) operated by

Our Shipping and Delivery Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we handle shipping and delivery of product/s that results from your use of our web pages.

2. How soon will my order reach me?

We try to ship orders within 2-3 working days of placing the order. The time taken to deliver the products to you depends on the location of delivery.
Typically, metro cities will receive the products within 3-5 days of shipping the product and non-metros will receive the product in 7- 10 days of shipping.
Delivery time is also subject to delays arising out of bad weather conditions, strikes, public holidays or any other unexpected delay from our courier and travel partners.

3. How reliable are your delivery services?

Very reliable, as we ship through major courier service providers like DTDC, Delhivery, Shree Maruti, India Post and similar.

4. Do you charge for shipping?

Yes, we charge a shipping fee based on various parameters like the total weight, destination location, order value etc for your order. Same will be reflected during the final checkout.
We may revise this fee periodically depending upon the courier service providers’ charges.
We may offer discounts on same from time to time, do keep a watch on offers on our page.

5. How will I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive a notification from us regarding same.

6. Do you offer COD?

No, as of now COD is not accepted by us, you have all the possible payment options available by our payment partners during checkout.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at www.khelna.in (together or individually “Service”) operated by Khēlnā – The Indian Toy Hub.
Our Cancellation and Refund Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we handle refund and cancellation of product/s that results from your use of our web pages.

2. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
The dimensions, measurements and appearance of the products which are listed on this website are to the best of our approximations and any challenges regarding the same will not be entertained.
In the event of an incorrect order being delivered, please notify us within 24 hours via email at support@khelna.in. We will arrange for the package to be picked up at the earliest from the delivery address provided while placing the order or Alternatively (preferably) you may also arrange to courier us back (This will save a lot of time). The package must be returned in its original condition and packaging; complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. We will send you your actual order within 24 hours of receiving the package with the incorrect order.
Any products returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, inserts, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery will not be replaced.
If you notice that the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
If you notice that your product is damaged after opening the package, please take a photograph of the products along with their packaging and send it to us within 24 hours of the package being received at your end to support@khelna.in with the Subject – ‘Damaged Product Report – ‘your order number’’, mention details like your order number and date of transaction, registered name, number, address etc in the email.
In case your product has been damaged in transit or has genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we are open to extending a store credit or re-fulfilling your order.
As most of our pieces are of limited quantity and/or one-off pieces we may not be able to offer you an identical replacement. Instead, we will offer you a similar product with your consent and if that does not meet your approval, we will give you store credits for any future purchase (once the product has been shipped back to us in the condition it was received in). Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact.
The store credit will be applicable for 6 months.
Given the nature of our products, we have the sole discretion, to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case to case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
No refund request will be entertained if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 2 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
Definition of a damaged product: Given the nature of our product, A completely broken article which no longer is able to do the intended work is only considered damaged. Variation in size, color, minor scratch, discoloration, uneven surface, missing paint and polish in some spots, variation in hand drawn designs and prints are not considered as damages.

3. Order Cancellation

Once you receive the order acknowledgement after you submit the order, request you to initiate an email for cancellation of order as early as possible ( preferably within 6-12 hrs) , as once we pack and ship the order it is not possible to cancel same. Please make sure you confirm all order details prior to submitting the order. Please reach out to us on WhatsApp / call / email and we will be extending all the possible support from our end in such situations.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. For more details please read return policy.
